As a Senior DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer, you will work at the intersection of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and SRE. You’ll own the architecture, automation, reliability, and observability of our hybrid cloud infrastructure across multiple regions and environments. You’ll troubleshoot complex problems across the stack—from networking and Linux internals to Kubernetes and cloud-native applications, ensuring the platform remains secure, fast, and reliable.

What You’ll Do
Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across hybrid cloud environments (GCP, OCI, and on-prem).
Design and automate secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines for microservices and backend systems using GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across multi-region, multi-environment setups using Terraform/Ansible and GitOps practices.
Build and operate monitoring, observability, and alerting stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry , ELK . )
Proactively identify and address reliability, latency, and availability issues to meet strict SLA objectives.
Participate in and lead on-call rotations and incident response, conducting detailed postmortems and RCA reports.
Automate infrastructure lifecycle tasks: provisioning, scaling, configuration management, and patching.
Champion security, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and infrastructure reliability best practices.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve internal platforms, tooling, and developer productivity.
Must-Have Technical Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

Deep understanding of:
Linux systems administration and internals
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, firewall policies)
Kubernetes/Helm/Containers (Setup and day 2 operations/troubleshotting)
Terraform for infrastructure automation
Strong scripting and automation with bash/shell and at preferably at least one language: Python or Go
Cloud expertise with OCI or GCP, ideally both.
Additional Technical Experience
CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins
Docker and container lifecycle management
Logging and tracing (e.g., ELK stack, OpenTelemetry)
Operational experience with PostgreSQL , MongoDB, Redis
Security hardening and cloud compliance frameworks ( CIS level 1 , etc )
Performance tuning and troubleshooting in distributed environments
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience in fintech or high-compliance regulated industries
Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid architectures
Exposure to Cloudflare or other edge/network security platforms
Strong documentation habits and experience contributing to runbooks
Passion for resilient system design and cross-functional infrastructure challenges
Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd)
