In response to our continued growth and new regulatory momentum in Saudi, we’re hiring a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across our Commercial and Business functions. This role is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with our commitment to local hiring and talent development in the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
Recruitment lifecycle: Own end-to-end recruitment campaigns from role kick-off through to candidate signature for entry level to senior positions
Candidate Sourcing; Identify the best sourcing channels in KSA to build and maintain diverse talent pools of best-in-class talent for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Leverage market insights (talent availability, compensation, target company offerings, diversity challenges etc) to provide data-informed recommendations to our hiring managers and execs. Analyse Recruitment metrics to improve your recruitment processes and performance.
Employer Branding; Help promote Lean’s employer brand in Saudi by providing a positive candidate experience. Build Lean’s brand by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, meetups and establishing relationships with Saudi’s top universities.
Utilise our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to manage recruitment campaigns, candidate communication, build talent pipelines, measure performance and more.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record of hiring Commercial roles (including Sales, Customer Success and Technical Account Managers). You’ve already developed and nurtured a network of candidates in this space.
Experience hiring within a technology focussed company
Experience utilising an Applicant Tracking System to manage recruitment campaigns, candidate communication, build talent pipelines and measure performance.
Knowledge of using creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent, with a good understanding of local market trends and hiring practices. Able to articulate strategies for diversity.
Serious about data - you have experience leveraging market insights to drive decisions and strategies. You’re able to analyse metrics to improve your recruitment processes.
Insatiably curious. You look beyond job profiles to truly understand the needs of the business. You’re constantly learning about new recruitment trends, tools, and techniques.
Ownership - You take full ownership of your work and you’re accountable for the entire recruitment process and its outcomes.
A confident communicator and influencer, comfortable talking to people at all levels. You understand how best to adapt their approach to the audience.
