About the Job
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Sourcer to help scale Lean’s team through precision, proactivity, and data-driven sourcing. You’ll own the top of our recruiting funnel — mapping markets, building long-term talent pools, and engaging high-caliber candidates across key domains like product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
This is a highly strategic role that combines analytics, market insight, and relationship-building. You’ll collaborate directly with hiring managers, the Talent team, and business leaders to ensure Lean attracts and converts exceptional talent across KSA and UAE.
If you love uncovering hidden talent, understanding what drives people, and making hires that strengthen a company’s long-term success, you’ll thrive in this role.
About Lean
Lean enables companies to seamlessly connect to their users’ bank accounts to initiate real-time payments and retrieve their account information. Our products have garnered the trust of leading companies and enabled them to deliver powerful experiences when connected with a user’s bank account, allowing users to perform prudent financial planning, get better rates on loans, transfer money to friends, and more, without compromising on privacy or security.
Backed by top-tier global investors, including General Catalyst, Sequoia, and Shorooq, and having recently raised $67.5M in Series B funding, we’re building the rails for Open Finance in MENA. We’re trusted by 250+ clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia — including the likes of Binance, Etisalat Group, Careem, Sarwa, and many more - making it the region’s most valuable Open Banking platform.
Joining Lean means working on impactful problems, shaping the future of finance in the region, and being part of a fast-growing team that’s setting the standard for open banking in MENA.
Responsibilities
Top-of-Funnel Ownership: Generate and manage high-quality candidate pipelines for critical roles across the business.

Market Mapping & Insights: Build and maintain data-driven maps of target talent markets across fintech, SaaS, and open banking sectors to power hiring decisions.
Diversity Hiring: Drive initiatives to improve gender and geographic diversity at the top of the funnel.
Data & Reporting: Track sourcing metrics, share insights with hiring managers, and help shape hiring forecasts
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure alignment, transparency, and performance across every search.

What we're looking for
Proven experience sourcing passive talent from top companies — ideally within fintech or high-growth SaaS environments.
Ability to design and execute sourcing strategies that feed recurring pipelines (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Solutions).
Strong command of sourcing tools and platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray Search, ChatGPT for sourcing automation; sourcing tools like Juicebox are a plus
Confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools for tracking, reporting, and campaign management.
Strong written communication and candidate messaging skills tailored to different audiences and seniority levels.
Knowledge of the UAE & KSA hiring markets and regional nuances.
NB. While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply!!
