Role

This is not your typical role. We’re not looking for an employee—we’re looking for a movement builder.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you’ll become the face of Letswork in your city or country. You’ll be given the keys to launch, grow, and lead your region—like a founder. You’ll build partnerships, rally early adopters, and activate a buzzing community of remote workers, creatives, freelancers, and teams.

This is a chance to take the spark of an idea and turn it into a city-wide, people-powered movement. You’ll build real things, in the real world, with real impact.

Responsibilities

Curate the City

Find and onboard the best coworking spaces, cafés, hotels, rooftops, and creative venues
Negotiate deals, manage relationships, and create magical environments for people to work and connect

Grow the Movement

Bring in our first 10,000 members in your market
Run creative campaigns (online and IRL) to drive buzz, bookings, and brand love
Close deals with startups, freelancers, founders, and companies looking for flexibility

Build the Community

Host coworking pop-ups, fireside chats, and partnerships
Turn strangers into regulars, regulars into ambassadors, and ambassadors into a tribe
Make people say: “I met the coolest person at a Letswork day”

Background

A natural builder, people-magnet, and storyteller
Someone who lights up rooms—and then turns them into community
Experienced in launching projects, managing partnerships, and wearing 7 hats at once
Deeply in tune with your city’s creative, remote work, or startup scene
Passionate about flexible work, human connection, and the idea of building something from the ground up
