We are seeking a proactive and versatile Founder's Associate to support our Co-Founder & Co-CEO in driving the strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations of our fast-growing company.
The Founder's Associate will work closely with the Co-Founder & Co-CEO across various functions, providing critical support in Business Development, Sales, project management and execution of key business activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the workings of a high-growth startup and to make a significant impact on the company's success.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Founder/CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, providing actionable insights to the Founder/CEO.
- Operational Support: Streamline and manage day-to-day operations, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with different departments.
- Communication: Prepare and manage internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
- Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying potential partners, preparing proposals, and participating in negotiations.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and tracking key financial metrics.
- Executive Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Founder/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Special Projects: Take on special projects and initiatives as directed by the Founder/CEO, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to tackle diverse challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
