Role Description
This is a full-time Telesales or Digital Sales Specialist role, based on-site in Mumbai. The Digital Specialist will engage with clients and prospects to promote Maalexi's products and services, address customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer support. Responsibilities include generating leads through outbound calls, managing client relationships, and closing sales. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other teams to optimize the customer experience and successfully meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in prospecting, acquiring customer digitally, understanding of using EXIM databases, and handling client relationships effectively.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a high level of professionalism and build trust with clients.
- Experience and a strong ability in sales to meet or exceed targets and drive business growth.
- Capability to offer Training and guidance to clients on Maalexi's solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
