Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, delivering product training to clients, and managing the sales processes to meet the company’s objectives. The candidate will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s growth in the agrifood trade sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively address client needs
  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and understanding of sales cycles to meet and exceed business targets
  • Ability to provide Training and support to clients to familiarize them with the platform and processes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in agricultural, technology, or trading sectors is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
