Join Maalexi to help transform global agricultural trade. As a Sales Executive, you will identify and acquire SME importers across the Netherlands and Europe, focusing on Grains, Pulses and Nuts, Spices and Seeds, Edible Oils, Frozen Meat, and Seafoods. You will build and manage a strong sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close new business while achieving ambitious growth targets. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B agricultural commodity sales, supply chain, trade, or agri-tech.
  • Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Knowledge of agricultural trade, logistics, import/export, or trade finance is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable presenting technology-driven solutions to business customers.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
