Location: Onsite - Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking to hire a creative, curious, and driven marketeer to join our team. If you’re someone who knows what’s trending, enjoys thinking strategically, and wants hands-on experience with both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, this role is for you.

We are not interested in degrees, and this role is open to fresh grads as well as people with some experience. What matters most are your values, and your passion for learning and growth.

You’ll be diving into everything from content creation and digital engagement to campaign support, research, and product marketing. For the right person, this will be like an MBA in business and brand building, a crash course in how a global product is marketed.

Tasks

You will be working closely with the marketing and design team to bring our brand to life through smart campaigns and engaging content. Your day-to-day will be a mix of creative work, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across multiple marketing functions.

  • Collaborate on content ideas that align with current trends and our fintech brand voice
  • Assist with the planning, shooting, and editing of short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
  • Draft smart, witty, and brand-aligned social media captions and comments to drive engagement
  • Help maintain and optimize our content and marketing calendars
  • Brainstorm and support campaign ideas that resonate with our digital-first, younger audience
  • Support email, referral, or performance marketing efforts with copy, visuals, or light analytics
  • Curate and repurpose User-Generated and Employee-Generated Content
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support product positioning and campaign planning
  • Track what’s trending across social media, fintech, and pop culture and suggest relevant ideas
  • Help analyze content and campaign performance to understand what’s working (and what’s not)

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X, Threads) and current content trends.
  • A good eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand alignment
  • Strong written communication skills especially for crafting engaging captions, comments, and on-brand messaging
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, formats, and editing styles
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Open to stakeholder collaboration from marketing and product teams to external creators and partners
  • Bonus: Comfort with video editing tools; Canva and CapCut
