As we scale, we're hiring a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function and build it from the ground up.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy targeting institutional clients and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). In this business-critical role, you’ll lead all marketing efforts end-to-end—from brand positioning and content strategy, to digital campaigns and event activations. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and compliance to ensure performance-driven, fully regulated marketing that supports client acquisition and builds trust.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand
- Develop and implement a full-scale marketing plan aligned with growth goals and regulatory standards.
- Position MidChains as a trusted institutional and HNWI trading platform through effective messaging and brand strategy.
- Build a marketing roadmap to support business development, lead generation, and client retention.
Institutional & HNWI Campaigns
- Design and manage campaigns targeting family offices, HNWIs, hedge funds, and corporate treasuries.
- Develop high-impact thought leadership content (whitepapers, executive briefings, webinars, etc.).
- Support relationship-driven sales with account-based marketing initiatives.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Manage website, SEO, CRM, email marketing, and social platforms.
- Create engaging, educational content tailored to institutional and private investors.
- Track KPIs—traffic, conversions, ROI—and optimize based on insights.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute conference sponsorships, private roundtables, and investor events.
- Identify strategic industry partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure all messaging and materials are compliant with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with compliance for marketing approvals, disclosures, and permissible content.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B or/and B2C marketing experience—preferably in fintech, crypto, asset management, or capital markets.
- Proven ability to deliver full-cycle marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Budget Management & ROI Analysis: Oversee the marketing and PR budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Measure and report on the performance of campaigns using KPIs to determine ROI and refine strategies.
- Strong grasp of the institutional sales cycle and affluent investor personas.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking paired with executional discipline.
- Knowledge of crypto markets, investor trends in the GCC region, and financial regulations.
- Arabic language proficiency written and spoken is preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments and collaborating with legal/compliance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced education is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
