We're currently hiring an AI Product Manager for a fast-growing WealthTech startup that is leveraging AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to transform advisor productivity, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
🧩 What you'll do
- Build and improve AI-enabled products across onboarding, portfolio workflows, advisor tools, client engagement, and internal operations.
- Identify repetitive business and operational workflows and convert them into scalable product flows and automations.
- Collaborate with advisors, operations, business, support, engineering, and design teams to understand and solve workflow challenges.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution from problem identification through launch and iteration.
- Create and maintain company-wide knowledge systems, SOPs, playbooks, and workflow documentation.
- Leverage AI tools, LLMs, prompts, and automation platforms to improve organizational productivity.
- Track and analyze product, workflow, and operational performance metrics.
- Build scalable AI-assisted systems that enhance both client and advisor experiences.
- Improve advisor productivity, process compliance, and operational efficiency through technology solutions.
- Work closely with founders to turn ambiguous business problems into impactful AI-powered products.
✅ You're a great fit if you
- Have 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Operations, Founder's Office, Strategy, or a related function.
- Have experience building or managing AI-powered products, automations, workflows, or internal tools.
- Understand LLMs, AI tools, prompt engineering, and modern automation platforms.
- Are comfortable working across product, engineering, design, business, and operations teams.
- Thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy solving ambiguous problems.
- Can independently drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Have strong analytical thinking and are comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Possess excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoy working closely with founders and taking ownership of outcomes.
⚡ Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or financial services.
- Working knowledge of SQL, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience building AI agents, workflow automations, or internal productivity systems.
- Exposure to startup environments, particularly early-stage or high-growth companies.
- Experience creating SOPs, knowledge management systems, and operational playbooks.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools and AI ecosystems.
- Strong interest in AI-first products, operations, and organizational productivity.
