Forward Deployed AI Engineer

We're an AI-native executive search consulting firm running mandates across Singapore, Dubai, HK, and Australia. We're hiring an engineer with strong business understand and good people skills to sit between our operations and tech teams. You will report directly to CEO and work closely with the CTO/Head of Product.

You'll work on:

  • AI automations across search, BD, and marketing workflows
  • Company brain — our internal knowledge and assistant layer
  • Candidate intelligence pipelines (Apollo, Coresignal, pgvector)
  • Dashboards and data insights for the leadership team
  • Real recruitment search work — so you understand what's worth building and feedback to tech teams
  • Enable and coach team members to work smartly with AI

You should have:

  • Strong Python + SQL, comfort in React or similar
  • Hands-on with LLMs beyond ChatGPT — Claude API, prompts, structured outputs, agent workflows
  • A track record of shipping end-to-end: scripts, tools, dashboards
  • High agency. Vague problem in, working v1 out.

Bonus: n8n, MCP, RAG, vector DBs, exec search / talent intel background, prior FDE-style role.
