We're building category-defining GenAI automations at Wingify — makers of VWO. This role sits within our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and primarily serves internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and business operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Role:-
- Design, build & maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power GenAI features across the VWO platform.
- Develop GenAI applications end-to-end — agents, copilots, and automations — from early prototype through production.
- Orchestrate agentic workflows using frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, or LangGraph, and integrate them seamlessly into product surfaces.
- Implement retrieval and memory patterns (RAG, session and long-term memory, summarisation) backed by vector and graph stores.
- Own quality in production: observability, cost and latency optimisation, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and frontend (React) and with product to shape the GenAI roadmap.
- Partner with internal business owners across sales, marketing, and operations — understand their workflows and translate requirements into GenAI solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Improve sales efficiency and business processes by identifying automation opportunities and delivering agentic workflows tailored to GTM stakeholder needs.
REQUIREMENTS
What You'll Bring:-
- 2–4 years of professional experience with a backend focus and solid full-stack instincts.
- Strong Python expertise (primary language); working proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, and SQL.
- Deep expertise in LLMs and Agentic AI — you understand how large language models work, their failure modes, and how to build reliable agentic systems around them.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph and at least one other orchestration framework (CrewAI, Autogen, or similar) in production.
- Deep practical knowledge of RAG — retrieval strategies, chunking, re-ranking, hybrid search, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
- Experience with AI Evaluation Frameworks — designing and running evals, using tooling such as Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize, or comparable platforms for monitoring, tracing, and quality assessment.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements — you can engage with non-technical business owners, grasp their workflows, and convert them into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Strong focus on business impact — you measure success not just in technical metrics but in sales efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder outcomes.
- Practical data and infrastructure knowledge: Postgres/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis/Memcached, Kafka, Nginx, Docker.
- Working familiarity with React and modern frontend workflows.
- Strong engineering fundamentals: testing, code quality, CI/CD, and debugging complex distributed systems.

AI Tooling & Evaluation
- Experience with LangSmith, Langfuse, Weights & Biases, prompt management systems, and evaluation frameworks.
Memory & Retrieval Systems
- Experience with vector and graph databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Neo4j, or similar.
- Deep understanding of retrieval optimization, hybrid search, and context-window management.
Model Orchestration & Infrastructure
- Experience hosting and serving open-source models alongside commercial APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Familiarity with embeddings pipelines, AI safety tooling, and guardrail frameworks.
Startup Mindset
- Experience building products from 0→1.
- Strong product intuition and customer-centric thinking.
