Pentacle Consultants is looking for a highly skilled AI Agent Specialist to design and implement AI-powered solutions that transform Business Development, Tendering, Proposal Management, Finance, and Accounts operations.

Key Responsiblities
• Design and deploy AI Agents for Business Development, Tendering, and Finance processes.
• Automate tender search, bid qualification, proposal generation, and submission workflows.
• Develop AI-powered systems for lead generation, CRM management, and client engagement.
• Build intelligent agents for invoice processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, accounting, and project management platforms.
• Develop RAG-based knowledge systems for contracts, tenders, and financial documentation.
• Create dashboards and analytics for management reporting and business insights.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Business Process Management.
• Prior experience implementing AI solutions for Business Development, Tendering, Finance, or Shared Services functions is highly preferred.
