Our team came from Bybit ($2B+ in ARR), Blur (the largest NFT marketplace on Ethereum, valued at $1B) and Thirdweb (the No. 1 Agent infrastructure in crypto, backed by Coinbase and Haun Ventures). We had successful exits from $1B to $100B: token launches, acquisitions and IPO.

Role Description

You will treat growth like a video game, constantly experimenting to get the highest score. You have the technical chops to wire together agents and APIs, the marketing instincts to convert a crypto trading audience to a community with trust and credibility.

You are a fullstack engineer:

- ship growth experiments, such as landing pages, backend services, data pipelines, dashboards, and internal tools

- own activation and retention problems without waiting for a PM to turn them into tickets

- AI native - you build with LLMs and keep up with what is happening in the ecosystem

- owner - you take a goal, decide what to build, ship it, and measure whether it worked

Preferred Qualifications

- presence in the crypto community

- built something in crypto that got real traction

- prior growth engineering or product engineering at a startup

- experience with PostHog, or similar analytics tools

What This Role IS NOT

- vanity metrics: We don't celebrate "impressions." We care about conversion, product usage, and revenue.

- death by PowerPoint: You won't be building pitch decks to get committee approval. We bias toward action.

- learning on the job: You won't have time to learn what does NOT work in crypto. If you know, you know.
