Role: Claude Automation Engineer to automate key business tasks across marketing, operations, procurement, finance and analytics
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows using Claude to automate repetitive business tasks across marketing, operations, procurement, finance, and analytics.
- Design, test, and maintain Claude prompts, agents, workflows, and automations for internal business use cases.
- Automate D2C marketing workflows, marketing intelligence, finance operations, creative briefs etc with integration with Claude with internal tools, spreadsheets, CRMs, ad platforms, analytics platforms, finance tools, procurement systems, and communication tools.
- Create reusable prompt libraries, workflow templates, data connectors, and internal AI tools for different business teams.
- Work closely with business teams to understand current manual workflows and convert them into scalable AI-assisted systems.
- Ensure automations are accurate, reliable, auditable, and usable by non-technical team members.
- Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve outputs based on user feedback and business outcomes.
- Maintain documentation for AI workflows, including logic, prompts, data sources, limitations, and escalation rules.
- Implement safeguards for sensitive business, financial, customer, and vendor data.
- Train internal users on how to use Claude-based tools and automations effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude, prompt engineering, AI agents, and LLM-based workflow automation.
- Ability to design structured prompts, multi-step reasoning workflows, reusable templates, and evaluation frameworks.
- Basic to intermediate coding ability, preferably Python or JavaScript, for API integrations, data transformation, and automation logic.
- Ability to test AI outputs, identify hallucinations or errors, and build review/validation steps into workflows.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- High ownership mindset with ability to independently identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
