We are looking for an experienced Speaker Relations professional to lead speaker acquisition for Events. This is a relationship driven role. We need someone who already has - or can quickly build - real relationships with decision-makers at the world's top tech companies and within government bodies, and who can convert those relationships into confirmed, stage-ready speakers.
What you'll own
- Identify, approach, and close speakers from top global tech companies — Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Meta, and similar — for our events across India
- Build and manage relationships with senior leaders, founders, and executives in AI and Web3
- Liaise with government bodies and ministry representatives for relevant speaking slots and panel participation across city events
- Manage the full speaker pipeline — outreach, negotiation, confirmation, logistics coordination, and on-site liaison
- Tailor outreach and pitch decks to each speaker's profile, interests, and what they'd get out of participating
- Coordinate with the events and content team to slot confirmed speakers into the right sessions, panels, and cities
- Maintain a live tracker of all speaker conversations, statuses, and follow-ups
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience closing speakers from top-tier tech companies for conferences, summits, or industry events — this is non-negotiable
- Existing relationships with people at companies like Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, or similar — you should already have warm contacts, not just LinkedIn search skills
- Experience working with or liaising with government bodies is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of the AI and Web3 ecosystem — you should know who matters and why
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you will be the face of our events in every speaker conversation
- High EQ and negotiation skill — closing senior executives requires patience, credibility, and the ability to read what they actually want
- Highly organized — able to manage 50+ live speaker conversations simultaneously across multiple cities
