About the role

We are currently seeking to hire a GenAI Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further strengthen our software engineering & delivery team.

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
  • Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and language models for specific business use cases.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Python development and AI/ML projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and software development best practices.
  • Understanding of AI model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment methodologies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
  • Knowledge in Agentive AI would be added benefit.
  • Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
  • Exposure to AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
  • Contributions to AI-related open-source projects or research.
