About the Role
We're looking for an AI Creative Partner to work closely with our product, design, and growth teams to explore, build, and validate creative workflows using our AI platform.
This is not a traditional designer, marketer, or content creator role. You'll act as a power user, workflow architect, and creative collaborator who helps us understand how creators, agencies, brands, and teams can leverage AI to work faster and better.
You will work on real projects, client-facing deliverables, internal initiatives, and experimental use cases while helping shape the future of the product through continuous testing and feedback.
What You'll Do
Build Real Projects Using Our Platform
You'll use our platform as your primary creative workspace to contribute to ongoing projects across:
- Brand and marketing campaigns
- Content creation workflows
- Research and strategy projects
- Product launches
- Storytelling and creative concepts
- Presentations and pitch materials
- Social media initiatives
- Agency and client deliverables
Your goal is not just to create outputs, but to discover better ways of working.
Design and Test Creative Workflows
You'll identify how different types of creators approach their work and recreate those processes within the platform.
Examples include:
- Campaign ideation
- Creative briefing
- Research and synthesis
- Brand strategy development
- Content planning
- Storyboarding
- Concept generation
- Presentation building
- Creative review and iteration
You'll continuously explore new ways to streamline and enhance these workflows using AI.
Stress-Test the Product
You'll be one of the earliest and most active users of the platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Testing new features and capabilities
- Identifying usability issues and workflow bottlenecks
- Finding edge cases and product limitations
- Evaluating output quality across different use cases
- Providing detailed and actionable feedback to the product team

Collaborate with Product & Design Teams
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and founders to help improve the platform.
This includes:
- Sharing workflow insights
- Recommending product improvements
- Prioritizing user needs
- Helping define best practices
- Influencing future product direction
Create Examples and Best Practices
As you discover effective workflows, you'll help document and share them.
Examples include:
- Workflow walkthroughs
- Use-case demonstrations
- Case studies
- Tutorials
- Prompting frameworks
- Internal knowledge resources
What We're Looking For
Required
- Deep curiosity about AI and emerging creative tools
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset
- Experience using generative AI tools in professional or personal projects
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to independently explore and validate ideas
