MonkiBox is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy with a focus on subscriptions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify-based e-commerce platform, optimizing the user experience, overseeing our CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs to foster strong customer engagement and retention, and driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality. Work closely with our tech team to manage product development, site updates, and enhancements to improve the customer journey and conversion rate.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Email & Whatsapp Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and sales. Create personalized and segmented email content to nurture customer relationships and acquisition
  • Loyalty & Referral Programs: Design and implement customer loyalty programs to increase retention and reward repeat customers. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives to ensure they align with business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Manage customer feedback and work with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the operations team to manage inventory levels, product listings, and order fulfillment. Ensure timely updates of product availability and pricing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management with a Shopify-based store
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO/SEM techniques.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
