MonkiBox is looking for a creative, social-first content creator with a strong visual eye and a real understanding of consumer brands.
You should live and breathe social media, notice good branding instantly, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and know how to turn an idea into content that looks good, teaches something useful, and supports sales.
This is a hands-on role. You will take content from idea to publication, including concept development, scripting, filming direction, video editing, carousel design, captions, scheduling, and performance review.
What You’ll Do• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop strong hooks, scripts, concepts, and content series
• Design visually engaging carousels, educational posts, stories, and static content
• Turn child development information into clear, useful, parent-friendly content
• Create product, founder-led, behind-the-scenes, educational, and sales-focused content
• Build and manage the weekly and monthly content calendar
• Schedule and publish content across our social channels
• Repurpose raw footage and existing content into fresh formats
• Monitor trends and adapt them in a way that fits the MonkiBox brand
• Review performance and use insights to improve future content
• Maintain an organised library of footage, designs, captions, and published assets
What We’re Looking For• A strong eye for branding, composition, typography, colour, and visual consistency
• A clear understanding of how strong direct-to-consumer brands communicate and sell through content
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Experience creating polished carousels and social graphics
• An understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and calls to action
• The ability to create content that feels visually elevated without becoming overly corporate
• Strong written English and the ability to create or adapt content in Arabic
• Excellent organisation and content calendar management
• Someone proactive who brings ideas rather than waiting for detailed instructions
• Someone who understands that content must be beautiful, useful, and commercially effective
Experience in parenting, education, children’s products, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus.
