Neurobotx is a leading company in mobility simulation, backed by Boeing. The company built Metapilot, a neuromorphic XR launchpad for airtaxis, drones, EVs, and future mobility. The team includes founders with expertise in air mobility, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. With over 10 mobility airtaxis live on Metapilot and more in the pipeline, employees can play Metapilot to become real airtaxi pilots and own shares in airtaxi companies.

Are you an experienced fundraising professional with deep connections in the aerospace or mobility sectors? Neurobotx, a leading pioneer in the eVTOL and air mobility space, is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Head of Investor Relations to lead our fundraising efforts by securing investments from VCs and angel investors.

This is a commission-based role, offering 5% success commission, part of which will be in the form of equity/shares, with the opportunity for a promotion based on successful funding closings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with the right investors, focusing on warm introductions and leveraging personal networks within the VC and angel communities.
  • Lead investor outreach and pitch Neurobotx’s innovative vision and projects to potential investors.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with VCs and angel investors, focusing on long-term partnership building.
  • Collaborate with the founders and current investors throughout the fundraising process, especially during negotiations and deal closings.
  • Manage the entire fundraising pipeline, from initial contact to finalizing deals.
  • Support post-investment relations and ongoing communication with investors to ensure a successful partnership.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar fundraising role within the aerospace, mobility, or high-tech sectors.
  • Successfully raised over $2M from VCs and/or angel investors.
  • Strong personal network and ability to leverage warm introductions to key investors.
  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close funding deals.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with founders and investors during fundraising rounds.
  • Willingness to work in a commission-based structure with part of the compensation provided as equity.
  • References required demonstrating successful past fundraising efforts.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role, with 5% success commission on funds raised. A portion of the commission will be provided as equity/shares in Neurobotx. There is potential for promotion based on successful funding outcomes.
