We are seeking a Data Science Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our talented team in Gurugram, India, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our data-centric initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing and integrating large datasets from multiple sources. Worked in OLAP, OLTP data sources
  • ETL’s/ELT’s: Worked with ETL’s/ELT’s like Airflow and used it with data warehouses.
  • Data Warehouses: Worked with data warehouses like Clickhouse, and multiple OLAP, OLTP data sources.
  • Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, optimization, and other advanced data applications.
  • Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure robust data infrastructure, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms and processes to improve model accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for all processes, models, and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Big Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, or other distributed data frameworks.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data science and machine learning applications.
  • Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Algorithms & Statistics: Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and their real-world applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of MLOps practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or B2B-focused organizations.
