🔹 Collaborate with product teams to continuously improve customer experience and product adoption.
What You Bring
✅ 3–5 years in a support/customer-facing role.
✅ Exceptional English communication skills.
✅ Strong demo presentation skills and a customer-first mindset.
✅ Comfortable working with SaaS products.
