As our first Revenue Operations hire, you’ll build the foundation for our revenue operations function, spanning Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Marketing Operations, setting the stage for future team growth.

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and entrepreneurial Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and align our revenue-generating functions. This is a unique opportunity to own the full spectrum of operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll implement systems, refine processes, and drive insights to help scale our business efficiently while playing a critical role in setting up a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Design & Optimization
    • Build and optimize marketing, sales, and customer success processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Establish workflows for lead generation, qualification, and follow-up with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
    • Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the customer lifecycle.
  2. Metrics & Reporting
    • Develop and track KPIs across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
    • Provide insights on campaign performance, lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and churn trends.
    • Build dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
  3. Tool Implementation & Management
    • Own and manage tools such as Hubspot, Attio, Vitally, Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, Segment and other key platforms.
    • Implement lead scoring and multi-touch attribution models to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
    • Train teams on utilizing marketing automation and CRM tools effectively.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Marketing to analyze channel performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Work with Sales and Customer Success to enhance pipeline management and improve customer retention.
    • Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  5. Team Building & Leadership
    • Build the foundation for scaling the Revenue Operations team.
    • Hire and mentor a high-performing team as the company grows.
  6. Marketing Operations
    • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring data accuracy and scalability.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate insights on lead generation and campaign performance.
    • Support the implementation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and ensure alignment with Sales efforts.

What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Vitally, or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to building systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and customer retention analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau, Looker, Big Query or Mixpanel is a plus.
