We're looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and be part of Financial Planning, Analytics & Investor Reporting section. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent finance graduate who is eager to develop analytics skills, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building scalable financial frameworks in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Financial Planning & Analysis Support
Assist in building and maintaining Pemo's core financial models (P&L, cash flow, runway projections)
Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis and help identify performance drivers
Contribute to scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track key financial and operational metrics against budget
Help develop and maintain unit economics frameworks (CAC, LTV, gross margin analysis)
Prepare monthly performance reports and executive dashboards
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support cost optimization initiatives
Business Intelligence & KPI Management
Support the development of company-wide KPI frameworks
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to translate data into insights
Help maintain data quality and metric definitions
Assist in building self-serve dashboards and reporting tools
Investor Reporting
Support preparation of monthly and quarterly investor updates
Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported metrics
Help prepare financial sections of board presentations
Assist with ad-hoc investor requests and data gathering
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong academic record demonstrating analytical capability
Genuine interest in data analytics and willingness to develop technical skills
Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to accuracy
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear communication skills - ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Self-starter mindset with eagerness to learn and take ownership
Nice to Have
Exposure to SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Understanding of fintech business models or SaaS metrics
Experience with financial modeling or analytics projects (academic or internship)
Interest in product analytics or business intelligence
Previous internship in finance, consulting, or analytics
