We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help us scale our go-to-market operations. This role sits at the heart of our Sales and Marketing operations, working hands-on with HubSpot to drive automation, improve data quality, and build reliable reporting.
What makes this role exciting: You'll own our CRM operations, build sophisticated automation workflows, and directly impact how we convert leads into customers. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams, turning messy processes into scalable systems.
What You'll Do
HubSpot Administration & Operations
Own HubSpot as the platform admin (data model, workflows, automation, lifecycle stages)
Maintain CRM data quality and ensure teams follow consistent processes
Document workflows and processes to enable team alignment and onboarding
Lead Management & Lifecycle Operations
Build and optimize lead routing rules for speed, accuracy, and ownership
Improve lead source tracking and lifecycle stage progression
Reduce manual work through smart automation and clear business rules
Marketing Automation & Integrations
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using HubSpot's native tools
Connect HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools to improve data flow
Ensure automations are reliable, auditable, and don't break reporting
Reporting & Performance Analytics
Build and improve dashboards that give Sales daily execution visibility
Define and track key go-to-market metrics consistently
Support funnel reporting across lead → meeting → pipeline → revenue
Attribution & Segmentation (Nice-to-Have)
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)
By month 3–6, you will have delivered:
Complete documentation of HubSpot processes, workflows, and lifecycle stages
A clean, reliable lead routing and ownership model
Improved lead source tracking with reduced data gaps
Stronger attribution setup that minimizes unattributed leads
Clear customer segmentation supporting targeting and product marketing
Dashboards and reports that help Sales focus on the right actions daily

Cleaner pipeline hygiene (stages, required fields, consistency)

What We're Looking For
Must Have:
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (any go-to-market, operations, or growth capacity)
1+ year of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (not just using it as an end-user). HubSpot certification is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of CRM data structure and go-to-market workflows
Comfortable collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams daily
Experience with B2B marketing reporting and funnel analytics
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier
Experience building or improving marketing attribution models
Strong segmentation skills (persona/industry/size/use case based)
Basic knowledge of SQL (querying, debugging, validating data)
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (scripts, automation support)
Experience with lifecycle marketing tools like Customer.io or Iterable
