Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and materials that elevate our brand, drive engagement with key stakeholders, and support our business growth objectives. This role will require a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and deep understanding of the biotech and tech industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Coordinate with others in Business Development to create marketing plans that encompass brand positioning, product marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation within the biotech and tech communities.
- Ensure all marketing activities reinforce the company’s brand values and messaging.
- Content and Digital Marketing:
- Drive the creation of high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with product development teams and Business Development to make suggestions on how new products can have compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product brochures, and presentations to support the sales team.
- Align market research and competitor analysis with the Business Development office to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Partnerships and Events:
- Prepare marketing materials for use at industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase the company’s expertise and thought leadership.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or tech industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, oversee timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Deep understanding of scientific and technical concepts, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible messaging.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
