Role Overview
Qashio is looking for a vibrant and creative Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our community across the UAE. You will lead community events, drive engagement initiatives, and create meaningful connections with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. This role blends event management, relationship building, and brand activation to create a strong, loyal community around Qashio.
Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and execute community events, workshops, and meetups.
Build strong relationships with Qashio users, partners, and industry communities.
Develop and manage online and offline community engagement strategies.
Create content that drives engagement and positions Qashio as a thought leader.
Monitor community conversations and share insights with internal teams.
Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to support community-driven initiatives.
Manage community platforms and communication channels for consistent, meaningful interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in community management, events, or marketing, ideally within SaaS and/or Fintech.
Experience planning and executing events end-to-end.
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
Creative mindset with a passion for community building.
Startup experience is a plus.
