Qashio
As a Graphic Designer at Qashio, you will play a vital role in our marketing team. You will be responsible for producing captivating and effective visual materials that promote our B2B brand, products, and services. These materials include but are not limited to social media posts, adverts, pitch decks, sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional designs. You will get to flex your creative flair within the B2B fintech space, and bring ideas to life through motion graphics, video and animation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with our marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements, such as campaigns for paid adverts, co-brand campaigns and short videos for social media.
Conceptualise and create eye-catching static and motion graphics for various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
Design compelling advertisements and marketing materials to promote Qashio's solutions.
Develop pitch decks and sales presentations that effectively communicate our brand message.
Design marketing presentations and proposal materials to attract and engage potential clients.
Be an expert with tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality visual content.
Ensure that all visual materials are on-brand and aligned with Qashio's messaging and design guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, if necessary, to deliver outstanding graphic design projects.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our visual content.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of B2B graphic design experience.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Premier, Canva, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating content for social media, paid social, video and collateral.
Experience in motion graphics and animation is advantageous.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas visually.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
