Role Overview
As a Motion Designer / Animator at Qashio, you will play a key role in bringing our brand, products, and marketing campaigns to life through engaging motion graphics and animated content.
You will be responsible for creating dynamic visual storytelling across digital platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, product explainers, pitch decks, and sales presentations. Your work will help simplify complex fintech concepts through compelling animation, short-form video, and motion design.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate concepts into engaging animated content.
Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos for digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and paid advertising campaigns.
Produce animated explainers and product walkthroughs that communicate Qashio’s fintech solutions in a clear and engaging way.
Design and animate visual assets for pitch decks, sales presentations, and marketing materials.
Develop animated social media content, promotional videos, and branded motion graphics to support ongoing campaigns.
Work with the marketing team on co-branded campaigns and product launches, producing animation assets that elevate storytelling.
Ensure all animations and visuals remain consistent with Qashio’s brand identity and design guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that enhance marketing and communication efforts.
Stay up to date with motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia design, preferably within a B2B or tech environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
Experience producing motion graphics, animated social media content, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and video storytelling.
Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
Understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging animations.
Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and basic motion principles is highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
