Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies, user onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication across all channels.
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Coordinate with sales, product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product introductions.
Design and implement onboarding experiences that facilitate user understanding and engagement with our products.
Utilise in-app messaging, tutorials, and other tools to guide users through product features and benefits.
Monitor user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving customer retention.
Develop campaigns aimed at upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, enhancing their overall value.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments as needed.
