Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at AlShiaka Co. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of retail management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to drive sales.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to ensure the store's success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
