Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the executive team, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-organized and timely.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Act as the main point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in the trading or distribution industry is a plus.
