Duties, Responsibilities And Authorities.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Generate sales, achieve targets, and develop plans for business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and agent networks.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers, address their needs and concerns, and ensure satisfaction by providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Follow up on RFQs and tenders by submitting comprehensive and compliant offers aligned with company best practices and specifications.
  • Supervise and support distributors, suppliers, and agents.
  • Introduce new products to existing and new accounts and recommend new opportunities and improvements to target sales growth.
  • Suggest new opportunities and improvements to enhance client profitability.
  • Gather and act on market intelligence promptly.
  • Monitor competition by collecting current marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Ensure materials traded and sold conform to agreed terms and contract specifications.
  • Coordinate and support technical issues with the Technical, Production, and Accounts departments to fully meet client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update sales records, target sheets, and other reports, reviewing cost and sales performance accurately and on time.
  • Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations, and maintain active memberships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
