Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.
