Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our client's sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth: Increase sales and revenue through effective strategies.

Lead Sales Team: Manage and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.

Expand Market Presence: Identify and pursue new market opportunities.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans aligned with business goals.

Monitor Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics for continuous improvement.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other departments to align strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
