Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on strategy development, branding, and campaign execution. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new product development.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
