Key Responsibilities
- Identify the conditions of the structures and make recommendations for solutions.
- Conduct research and development activities in civil engineering, including designing and developing new products, technologies, and systems.
- Design method statements and research methodologies to address specific objectives.
- Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and developments in civil engineering.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research and assessment findings to various stakeholders.
Requirements Educational And Experience
- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in concrete technology, condition assessment of structures, and destructive and non-destructive testing.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure with exceptional commitment to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
