As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of Qureos by identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, while also ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Collaborate with the HR team to create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment events to attract top talent
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and promote Qureos as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
