We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team and help drive our sales growth.

Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies, train and motivate the sales team, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
  • Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and develop relationships with them
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Flexibility to travel for business purposes
  • Valid driver’s license
