Job Summary
As the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality standards of our hotel operations. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all departments are meeting and exceeding our quality standards, and to continuously improve our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all departments to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
- Train and educate staff on quality procedures and standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of products and services.
- Monitor and maintain records of quality metrics and report to management.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to discuss quality-related concerns and solutions.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all staff members are trained in quality standards and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and trends in quality management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance.
- Excellent knowledge of quality standards and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
