This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the water treatment industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales

Qualifications
