The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Office, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence to appropriate personnel
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate and plan company events and meetings
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Experience in Advertising Industry is a PLUS
