Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the schedules of senior management, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Monitor and track expenses, prepare expense reports, and maintain records for budgeting purposes.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects as assigned.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
