Job Summary
As an Office Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our office environment and supporting our employees to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage office expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
