We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson with a strong background in Polyethylene (PE) Foam to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the PE Foam industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Polyethylene Foam market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Collaborate with the product development team to address customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Polyethylene Foam industry.
- Strong understanding of Polyethylene Foam products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
