As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts.

Job Description

The Sales Representative will play a critical role in achieving our company's sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for Gensets, solar panels, data centers, and related solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, effectively demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring satisfaction for both the client and the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to guide strategic sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and promotional strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Provide valuable client feedback to product development teams, contributing to innovation and improvement.
  • Enhance personal sales skills through training and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in a relevant industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset and resilience to handle challenges and pursue leads persistently.
  • Personal integrity and a customer-centric approach to foster trust and long-term relationships.
  • Physical ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other sales-related activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
