Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations
  • Review and analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Comply with all relevant accounting principles and standards, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Prepare reports and presentations on financial performance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian commercial law and accounting regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or large organization
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required
  • Registered with SOCPA
  • Strong knowledge of PNL
