Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in ICT-related projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
- Prior experience managing similar projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
